Surabaya,- Newsglobalindo.net\/\/<\/strong><\/em><\/span> Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) SATRIA mendesak keras kepada jajaran Pemerintah Kota Surabaya melalui Dinas Kesehatan, Satpol PP, DPMPTSP, dan instansi terkait untuk melakukan periksa menyeluruh terhadap kelengkapan perizinan serta pemenuhan standar higiene sanitasi pada sejumlah gerai makanan yang beroperasi di Kota Surabaya<\/p>\nDesakan itu dilontarkan langsung oleh Ketua Umum LSM SATRIA, Sahlan Kadhafi, Kepada Media pernyataannya pada Jumat pagi (12\/6\/2026). Dalam pernyataannya, Sahlan meminta dengan hormat kepada pemerintah melakukan pengawasan terhadap gerai Soto Boyolali dan Mie Gacoan guna memastikan seluruh aktivitas usaha berjalan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.<\/p>\n
Menurut Sahlan, pengawasan terhadap usaha pangan perlu dilakukan secara berkala sebagai bentuk perlindungan kepada konsumen. Selain itu, langkah tersebut juga penting untuk memastikan setiap pelaku usaha memenuhi standar kesehatan lingkungan dan keamanan pangan yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah.<\/p>\n
\u201cKami meminta instansi terkait melakukan pemeriksaan secara menyeluruh terhadap kelengkapan perizinan dan standar higiene sanitasi. Tujuannya bukan untuk menghambat usaha, tetapi memastikan hak masyarakat sebagai konsumen mendapatkan perlindungan,\u201d cetusnya.<\/p>\n
Ia menegaskan bahwa seluruh pelaku usaha di bidang makanan dan minuman wajib mematuhi ketentuan perizinan berusaha serta standar kesehatan yang berlaku. Karena itu, pengawasan harus dilakukan secara profesional, objektif, dan tanpa tebang pilih.<\/p>\n
LSM SATRIA juga meminta pemerintah tidak ragu mengambil tindakan apabila ditemukan pelanggaran atau ketidaklengkapan dokumen dalam proses pemeriksaan. Menurut Sahlan, penegakan aturan yang konsisten diperlukan untuk menciptakan iklim usaha yang sehat dan memberikan kepastian hukum bagi seluruh pelaku usaha.<\/p>\n
\u201cApabila ditemukan adanya pelanggaran, kami berharap instansi berwenang dapat mengambil langkah sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku. Penegakan aturan harus dilakukan secara adil dan konsisten,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n
Sahlan menambahkan, pihaknya mendukung pertumbuhan sektor usaha kuliner di Surabaya yang semakin berkembang. Namun, perkembangan tersebut harus diimbangi dengan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, terutama yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan masyarakat dan keamanan pangan.<\/p>\n
